SPAM POLICY

Our lists are to be used to promote any given opportunity, product, or service. Redistribution of our lists with any other parties is strictly against our policy. Email addresses are supplied for personal uses only. Spam is strictly prohibited. Violators will be dropped from our programs and agreements terminated. All remaining credits preceding such action would be refunded in full.

  Can I get accused of spamming?

FTC "DO NOT CALL" LIST POLICY

All our leads with phone #'s are 100% opt-in leads as well as have Accurate Date/Time Info and IP addresses.

In the event you have an legal issue with the "do-not-call list" from calling our leads we will take responsibility of this claim, and can prove legally that we have the full rights to contact the individual who made the claim.

CANCELLATION POLICY ON AUTO-SHIP RECURRING PACKAGES

You must cancel weekly or bi-weekly (twice monthly) AutoShip packages SIX business days prior to your next billing/delivery date and you must receive, at the minimum, two lead deliveries.

REFUND POLICY & TERMS

At our Company, our first and foremost precedence is your satisfaction. If there is something you're not pleased with concerning your order, we wish to make it right for you as soon as possible. This includes replacements and refunds. We stand behind our 100% money back guarantee with all the services that we offer. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may contact your account representative within 30 days and obtain a replacement of your order or services provided. Please Visit Our Support Desk in Your back office to obtain replacements.

Complete money back guarantees will be valid only for individual orders of $500 or less after a detailed report has been submitted, and replacements issued. All money back guarantee requests must come from either the credit card holder or payee within 30 days of your purchase and must be submitted in writing.

Please note that we permit all qualified clients under our guarantee to request a full replacement first, before a partial/full refund. Once a replacement has been furnished, you will then be eligible for a refund if you are not satisfied with your replacement list.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to REFUNDS are only applicable to clients that purchased their services at regular price. All special lead packages obtained through third party relationships with product discounts or leads purchased at below retail rates (located on web site) will only be subject to a REPLACEMENT guarantee. This is good up to 30 days from purchase.

If you paid via credit card, we will credit only the same credit card you paid for the order with. You should expect your credit within two business days of when we notify you of the results of our investigation. Depending on the cut off date for your billing cycle, your credit may not show up on your following month's statement.

If you paid via check, money order, or bank draft, please allow two weeks for us to process your refund, and additional time for your refund to arrive.

I understand that Empowerleads.com guarantees all lists to the point of replacement and, in the event that I am unhappy with my results, I will contact Empowerleads.com directly to rectify the problem within 30 days of purchase. I agree to contact Empowerleads.com directly in writing before reversing credit card charges.
