A: Not all of our leads are deemed replaceable. Please Visit our Lead Terms to check if your leads are replaceable. (Check the bottom of the page you ordered your leads from.)

If your leads are deemed replaceable: Fill out a simple form to receive replacements that is located
in your BACK OFFICE, under the SUPPORT DESK TAB.

Q: Is it safe to order online?
A: Yes. We have one of the most secure online order processing systems available. All your billing information is submitted via a secure server, (https:// )  and your personal information is encrypted so that anyone trying to intercept your information would not be able to decipher it.

Q: What is the exclusivity of your leads? How many times are the leads sold?
The Exclusivity of our leads varies with each lead.  All Real Time leads are NON shared in Real Time, which makes us very Unique, as most lead companies share Real Time leads 3-5 times in real time.  Our Proprietary Software only allows us to sell our leads a maximum of three times over a period of 30 days. However, a majority of our leads will only be sold 1-2 times.

Q: Do you sell international leads?
A: On occasion, a lead will be generated through our pages from a country other than the United States, however, we do not market toward people outside of the United States.

Q: When will my leads be delivered?
A: We deliver within 72 hours of ordering on all NON REAL TIME LEADS. REAL TIME Leads take a little longer.

A: We do not offer this any longer, as too many prospects to not provide accurate enough info to warrant our clients the extra investment per lead.
