You will receive a "Welcome Email" with an automatic login link to your back office within 3-4 business days of your order. Here you will be able to access and view your leads online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer with internet access. You can download your leads in Excel, CSV, Text, Tab, or even view and print them from the screen. Typically your leads will BEGIN FLOWING INTO YOUR BACK OFFICE WITHIN 72 hours of receiving the "Welcome Email." Keep in mind, your total order may take up to 4 weeks to fill, depending on the size of your order (On large orders, example "200 Real time leads" or more, it may take up to 8 weeks to complete your order). If you ordered Real Time Leads, All of your leads will be sent to you one at a time, and kept on file in your back office at www.myfreshleads.com. If you Ordered Non Real Time Leads, then we will automatically split your leads up into 2-4 batches depending on how many you ordered to help spread out the leads, giving you maximum freshness when prospecting or marketing. Your Non Real Time Leads, will begin delivery within 2-4 business days upon receiving your receipt. PLEASE LET US KNOW: On Non Real Time Leads, please notate in the special delivery comments box, (located on the bottom of the final ordering page) IDEALLY how soon you would prefer to have your leads, and what days of the week you prefer delivery. You can also let us know the size of the batches (Deliver 15 per day, or Send All at once, Send me 33 each week on Tuesday or Wednesday, etc...).

We will do our best to accommodate your specific delivery requests, however we cannot guarantee exact delivery times or a specific number of leads per day.

These leads are generated using only online advertising methods, and ARE NOT produced by email marketing, which means you will receive a higher quality of lead than most other lead providers, however there tends to be less control over lead flow, because each day is different and depends on the people online at that specific time we advertise.

Our philosophy is "Quality is more important than getting exact delivery times," so utilize other lead types we offer, or other lead sources, but REMEMBER to:, "Always Have More Leads Than You Have Time & To Diversify Your Leads and Advertising Methods. "  If you run out of leads, you are out of business.

SPAM FILTERS
We cannot guarantee all of our clients will receive their leads in their inbox, because of the excessive SPAM FILTERS many ISP's now have in place.

We find some clients' real time leads email notifications get blocked and this is the purpose of the personal online back office. Please keep an eye out in your back office, by logging into it a few times a day (especially when you are waiting for your very first leads to arrive. If your first leads arrive in your inbox, then the rest of your order will).

We recommend getting a Yahoo account, if you have challenges receiving your leads via your personal email. You can then update this new email in your personal information in your back office account.

We provide 10% overage with these leads. However, we will replace: inaccurate phone numbers, disconnected phone numbers, someone from your company already called them, and minors on these leads, ONLY IF they Exceed the Free 10% you received. Real Time Short Form Leads & Autoresponder Leads
Overage & Replacement Policy:
We provide 10% overage with these leads. No Further Replacements or Refunds are provided, except
in very rare situations.

Recurring Options: Save Money And Time by purchasing Recurring Packages. If you purchase our Bi-Weekly Package, then every two weeks you will be billed automatically, and if you purchase weekly, then every week you will be billed. Your leads will be delivered within 3-4 business days upon receiving your recurring receipt. You must receive at the minimum 2 packages of leads, before canceling auto recurring packages. If you order recurring packages, then you get the best price per lead, and get VIP treatment on delivery. You can even ask for daily delivery on Non Real Time Leads if you order a recurring lead package.
